video
For video content across the internet streaming is the only possibility. The file sizes involved are massive and the download time for anything more than a few seconds long is prohibitive.
Before you consider video content it would be wrong of us not to warn you that all aspects of making professional video and presenting it over the internet are expensive.
Filming and editing costs are high and time consuming. Making it available over the internet requires an account on a system with RealServer installed which is expensive, and given the file sizes involved most will levy a high bandwidth charge. Of course such a server system would need to have very high speed connection to provide anything approaching a satisfactory transmission.

While we are not currently in a postion to assist with video production and editing (although we can advise you on various technical aspects), we are currently exploring the option of creating a hosting consortium using such a system based with a local company.

system requirements
Just to give you an idea of what is required just for video capture and editing you will need a computer system with a large amount of RAM, a video capture card with lots of RAM on board, a large Ultra wide SCSI disk all backed up with a computer with the fastest processor available
This sort of facility does not come cheap!
